We ship via UPS for domestic orders. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Your invoice and tracking information will be sent to the email address provided after placing your order. Emm Kuo is not responsible for packages delayed due to weather or events beyond our control. Emm Kuo is not responsible for product lost or damaged during shipment. Emm Kuo is not responsible for shipments that are lost after leaving the warehouse.
FAILED DELIVERIES
We ship to the address provided. If packages are undeliverable for any reason, including customer’s refusal to pay duties, Emm Kuo is not responsible for return shipping costs or cost of re-shipping merchandise.
Returns & Exchanges
Items must be in new condition to qualify for return or exchange. We define new as unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all original tags attached. All packaging must accompany the product and must also be in new condition (i.e. boxes). We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet this criteria.
Emm Kuo is not responsible for product lost or damaged during shipment. Refunds or store credit will be issued within 7-10 business days from the date received to our warehouse via the original form of payment and payment amount, excluding original shipping and a restocking fee of $9.95.
Items must be marked as shipped back to us within 14 days of original delivery date. Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
All International orders are "Final Sale" and can not be exchanged or returned.
